Captain's Marine is proud, honored, and excited to announce that we have been recognized as a "Great Dealership to Work For" by the MRAA!

We couldn’t have achieved this without our incredible crew. Their honest feedback in our anonymous Employee Satisfaction Survey made it possible!

This exclusive Certificate is awarded to MRAA Certified Dealerships who score 90% or higher on their Employee Satisfaction Surveys, which is the reason we feel so honored to have achieved it. It just goes to show that even with complete anonymity, our people still felt strongly that overall Captain's Marine is a great place to work.

Captain's Marine has worked hard over the years to achieve this culture through things like: our participation in Continuous Certification, training, Commitment-to-Improvement action plans, Dealership Upgrades, employee parties, monthly one-on-ones, and many other measures taken by our owner and management team.
