Owner and CEO

Randell Seyfert is the Owner and CEO of Captain’s Marine and founded the company with his wife, Bronlyn, in January 2003. He oversees all operations of the company, while still making time to work directly with customers and sell boats. Randell enjoys the challenge of leading a successful business in an ever-changing environment and helping Captain’s Marine continue to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with Bronlyn, boating, hiking, and traveling together. He values the strong friendships he’s built with people who share his interests and passions.

Bronlyn Seyfert

Co-Owner

Bronlyn Seyfert has been with Captain's Marine since its inception in 2003! Over the years, Bronlyn has worn almost every hat at the company. Her range in expertise is vast, including marketing, design, title clerk, notary, HR, and quite literally everything in between. Bronlyn also carries the unique and challenging title of being the owner's wife! In her spare time Bronlyn loves boating, spending time with her husband Randell, and sunbathing!

Dustin England

Operations Manager

Dustin England is the Operations Manager at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since June 2016. He oversees daily operations, streamlines processes, manages staff, and helps align day-to-day work with the company’s overall goals. He also manages the Parts Department and Pro Shop. Dustin’s favorite part of his role is the ability to positively impact his teams while continuing to build and grow customer relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, dirt biking, reading, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Jeremy Graham

Parts Specialist

Jeremy Graham is the Parts Specialist at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since February 2024. As the Parts Specialist he is responsible for assisting customers to ensure they get the correct parts and accessories quickly, to best enjoy their summer. Jeremy enjoys the friendly faces and loyal customers he gets to interact with, and working with the guys up front. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors, exploring the beauty of Montana, and making memories with his family of five. He approaches life with passion and enthusiasm, bringing that same energy to everything he does.

Marketing Director

Laura Ponder is the Marketing Director for Captain’s Marine and has been part of the team since July 2018. She oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including the website, social media, content creation, graphic design, and photo and video production. Laura plays a key role in shaping how Captain’s Marine looks, sounds, and connects with customers across every platform. What she enjoys most about working at Captain’s Marine is the people, along with the calm, consistent nature of the company and its culture. Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her family, reading, writing, crafting, and thrifting. She also enjoys interior decorating, playing video games, and keeping busy with her husband and three-year-old son.

Priscilla England

Bookkeeper

Priscilla England is the Bookkeeper, HR, and Title Clerk at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since October 2021. She handles daily accounting responsibilities along with a variety of office duties that keep operations running smoothly. Priscilla enjoys the process-driven and organized nature of her role, as well as having the flexibility and time needed to complete tasks without unnecessary stress. Outside of work, she loves cooking, running, painting, gardening, and crafting with her daughters, and is training to run a half marathon this year. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, dogs, cats, and chickens, and has a strong passion for learning new things and teaching others whenever she can.

Jarrod Kramer

Service Advisor

Jarrod Kramer is a Service Advisor at Captain’s Marine and has been part of the team since December 2022. He assists customers with questions about their boats, answers phones, schedules service appointments, and helps coordinate diagnostics and next steps. Jarrod’s favorite part of his role is working with customers to ensure they’re happy and confident with their boats. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the garage working on cars, hanging out with his wife, and keeping busy with their four dogs. He’s a proud dad of two kids and a grandson he loves watching, is passionate about car culture with a strong “save the manuals” mindset, and enjoys time at Ashley Lake whenever he can.

Daniel Larsen

Shop Foreman

Daniel Larsen is the Shop Foreman at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since May 2015. He fixes and maintains boats with a primary focus on MasterCraft, while also keeping the shop running smoothly by guiding and assisting other technicians. One of Daniel’s favorite parts of the job is that getting paid to go to the lake is sometimes part of the workday. Outside of work, he enjoys yard work and working on project vehicles. He also loves spending time with his family and is happily outnumbered at home by his wife, two daughters, and three girl cats.

Josh Curtin

Marine Technician

Josh Curtin is a Marine Technician and Rigger at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since July 2021. He fixes and maintains boats, with a primary focus on rigging new boats and preparing them to be ready for sale. Josh’s favorite part of his role is working in the shop alongside his coworkers. Outside of work, he enjoys working on motorcycles and spending time with his friends and family (including his cats, one of which is a “munchkin cat”).

Justin Albrecht is a Marine Technician at Captain’s Marine and has been part of the team since August 2022. He works on fixing and maintaining customer boats, with a focus on Mercury products. Justin’s favorite part of his role is working alongside coworkers who have become close friends both on and off the job. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and hunting with friends and family, as well as spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs.

Marine Technician

Levi Dronfield is a Marine Technician at Captain’s Marine and joined the team in June 2023. He works on fixing and maintaining customer boats, with a focus on MasterCraft and other Surf/Wake Boats. Levi’s favorite part of his role is solving problems and figuring out the best way to get boats running exactly as they should. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing on his boat and exploring lakes and rivers whenever he can. He has a strong passion for fishing, boats, cars, and anything with a motor, especially when it involves tearing things apart and putting them back together.

Kay Martin is a Sales Professional at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since March 2024. She helps customers turn daydreams into launch days by offering honest advice, zero pressure, and a genuine love for the lifestyle. Kay values working for a dealership that truly stands behind its products and service and appreciates being part of a team with a strong legacy and reputation. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible on the lake fishing, surfing, cruising, and enjoying the boating lifestyle she helps others achieve. At home, Kay runs a small homestead and apothecary, focusing on caring for the land and providing high-quality food and handmade products for her family. She stays busy with her two preteen daughters, a much-younger sister who’s more like daughter, her sister’s young children, and a lively home full of pets, chickens, and laughter.

Conner Seyfert is a Sales Professional at Captain’s Marine and joined the team in June 2025. He works closely with customers throughout the new and used boat buying process, helping them make informed and confident purchasing decisions. As an extrovert, Conner thrives in his role and especially enjoys building relationships and working directly with customers each day. He brings an approachable, energetic presence to the sales floor that helps make the buying experience enjoyable and straightforward. Outside of work, Conner enjoys gaming, anime, working out at the gym, and hiking during the summer months. He’s also the proud owner of an adorable King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Cornelius and is a manager for a large international anime page, with an impressive knowledge of Star Wars and Warhammer.

Detail Lead

Stephanie Davis is the Detail Lead at Captain’s Marine and joined the team in November 2025. As the Detail Lead, she’s not only hands-on in detailing the boats, but also plays the important role of ensuring every boat cleaned by her crew meets Captain’s Marine’s highest standards. She’s also responsible for the training process in the detail department. Stephanie’s favorite part of her job is the team she works with and the satisfaction of making each boat look beautiful and like new. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, four-wheeling, boating, and camping. Most of all, she loves spending time with her son and her dog.

Detailer

Ron Wiles is a Detailer at Captain’s Marine and has been with the team since September 2021. As a Detailer, Ron is responsible for making sure that ever boat that come through the detail department is cleaned, buffed, waxed, and shiny before it heads back to its owner. Ron’s favorite part of his role is seeing a freshly detailed boat shine when it hits the sunlight. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids and making the most of time together.

Thai McCaskill is a Detailer at Captain’s Marine and has been part of the team since January 2023. He is responsible for moving boats throughout the property and detailing them to ensure they are ready to meet Captain’s Marine standards. Thai enjoys the active nature of his role and takes pride in helping deliver the best possible finished product for customers. Outside of work, he spends his time riding Harleys, hunting, gaming, and working on hands-on projects of all kinds.
